Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)is an HIV Prevention Strategy where HIV-Negative people take medication daily to prevent them from becoming HIV Positive if they are exposed to the virus.
It takes 10 days of using PrEP consistently to be effective in preventing transmission of HIV, and one should continue taking it during the period they feel they are at risk.
With PrEP, The good thing about it is you can decide to stop if you feel that you are no longer at risk.

HIV Negative Status.
Healthy liver and kidneys.
