Thatayotlhe Molefe
Executive Director
Thatayotlhe Molefe as the founding Director and the Current Executive Director has played an active role on HIV, Human Rights, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, community engagement and movement building, development and capacity building for the past 12 years.With foundations in management, business, leadership, and marketing, Thatayotlhe brings experience ranging from event, project, and office management, he is instructional in design for online education and community.He is currently leading the organization’s strategic vision and unique voice in the ever-shifting landscape of sexual health and human rights. Thatayotlhe is currently pursuing International Masters in Business Administration (IMBA) .
Onkokame Mosweu
Health And Advocacy Manager
A longtime Human Rights activist, Onkokame Mosweu currently serves as the Partnerships, Health and Advocacy manager at Men for Health and Gender Justice Organisation based at the Head Quarters Office in Gaborone, He has a diverse experience in Community Engagement, Partnership and Stakeholder engagement, Research and Policy Analysis. Mr. Mosweu’s portfolio at Men for Health focus on research, advocacy, Health and intercultural communication surrounding Human Rights, Gender and the LGBTQ community.
Kabo Makabe
Senior Finace Officer
A young and vibrant emerging accounting professional, Kabo Makabe currently serves as the Finance Officer at Men for Health and Gender Justice Organisation based at the Head Quarters Office in Gaborone. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of accounting and financial planning. Mr. Makabe’s portfolio at Men for Health focuses on the delivery of accurate reports and high-quality service to all stakeholders of the organisation.
Karabo D. Setoutwe
Communications Lead
In his position as Communications and Digital Officer, Karabo’s key responsibilities include creating and publishing graphical content ensuring that everything digitally hits our clients well and increases awareness where possible. Karabo has an excellent rapport with the constituents served by our office including clients, employers, and other professional organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Journalism in 2019.
Kabelo Gwakuba
Programmes Manager
A well decorated individual in possession of Degree in Communications and Media majoring in Digital Video, currently working with Men for Health and Gender Justice Organizations , as a Project Officer in HQ.Has worked with Men for Health with an experience in policy advocacy, having researched and engaged with communities, the media and policy makers alike, for the development and implementation of policy that not only responds to , but also mitigates human rights abuses with a particular focus on the right to health for marginalized and key populations in Botswana.
Unoda Balondi
Finance Officer
Unoda Balondi currently serves as a Finance Officer at Men for Health and Gender Justice Organisation based in Gaborone (Head Quarters Office), He is a confident team player who can handle complex assignments effectively, and is capable of establishing credibility with senior players early on in a new position. As a true professional, he strongly upholds accounting and business policies to ensure compliance and improve audit rating outcomes. Unoda is a highly motivated and results driven finance professional, skilled in accounting, report preparation and analysis.
Ludo Matombo
Programmes Officer
Ludo Chaunoda Matombo is a passionate Social Work graduate serving as Program Officer at Men for Health and Gender Justice Organisation. Ludo believes in inclusive, rights-based approaches that foster healing, dignity and justice. Her work involves designing and implementing community-based interventions, psychosocial support services and advocacy programs aimed at transforming harmful gender norms and reducing HIV transmission. A strong advocate for mental health, sexual and reproductive health rights and meaningful youth engagement, she works to create safe spaces where men and young boys can access support, engage in dialogue and take charge of their well-being. Guided by compassion, integrity and a deep sense of social justice, Ludo continues to be a voice for the marginalized, striving to build healthier and more equitable communities across Botswana.

Mooketsi is a highly motivated software Developer specializing in web technologies as well as mobile applications development , specializing in flutter and java android. Having Studied Barchelor of Science in Computer Science, Mooketsi is highly skilled in both areas of Computer Science and Information Technology.

As a dedicated Promotion and Multimedia Specialist working to amplify the voices of men’s health and gender justice initiatives. With expertise in digital content creation, and strategic communication, I use media to raise awareness, engage communities, and drive impactful conversations. Bringing experience in Television Production and social media management, graphic design, also studied Creative Multimedia at the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. I have been instrumental in crafting compelling campaigns that highlight critical issues in men’s health and gender equity.

Dineo Sodaba is a free spirited person whose life experience has enabled her to connect, advocate with/for, uplift and celebrate community members from all walks of life. Dineo currently works as an office assistant since she joined Men for Health and Gender Justice in 2015.

Olerato Kobe holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance and serves as a Finance Officer at Men for Health and Gender Justice Organisation Head Quarters Office in Gaborone. With a strong foundation in financial principles and a proven ability to analyse financial data and prepare reports, Mrs. Kobe is dedicated to supporting organizational success. She excels at budget management, forecasting and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.
